Fully ripe grapes are hand-harvested in September and undergo whole bunch maceration for 48 hours to impart more flavor and texture. Fermentation takes place in old oak casks with a further aging on fine lees. This Pinot Gris is full-bodied, complex and rich, and a great introduction to orange wines.
