Began as a blending trial to create a cuvée to bring out the best in what the winemaker had to work with, Neutral Oak Hotel has become a yearly staple. Light, bright, tart and slightly funky with strawberry jam, bright red fruit, aromas of flowers and savory herbs. Fine structure built on acidity, minerality and gentle tannins. Yum!
