This cuvée comes from the estate's youngest Gamay vines, averaging 30-40 years of age. These parcels feature more granitic soils. Vinification is very traditional semi-carbonic, and this sees 10 days maceration. Aging is in large oak foudres for 9 months. Pair with pâté en croute. Light, Bright and Crushable!
