Sourced from pergola trained, beach side vineyards in Val do Salnes. Harvested entirely by hand, destemmed, and the gently pressed. Fermentation begins spontaneously in stainless steel. Aged sur-lie for 4 months in tank with regular battonage. Beautiful stone fruit, citrus and and mineral salinity. A tremendously versatile white, excellent with seafood or as an aperitif.
