A deep, rusty orange hue as whole clusters are given 10 days of skin maceration and 6 months on lees in amphora barrels. Costières de Nîmes used to be considered part of eastern Languedoc but the climate, soil and topography are far closer to just over the river in the Southern Côtes du Rhône. It is a region on the up and is widely recognized as a great source of value!
