Hand-crafted with select lots from Oakville district, then balanced the blend with Yountville, Oak Knoll and Calistoga. Each small-lot was vinified and aged separately in 100% French Oak for 15 months. Pairs with rich dishes such as grilled lamb chops or tender roasted duck with Bing cherry sauce.
