A perfect everyday wine! Wet gravel and red & black cherry are followed by a dark palate with black forest fruits a sprinkle of pepper and funk. More of a medium body, but we recommend a slight chill. Millefeuille vinification meaning one layer of whole-cluster, one layer of de-stemmed grapes when filling the vat so it's build like a cake. Fruit forward and rustic!
