The French would use this slightly sweet wine as an aperitif while on this side of the pond we typically enjoy it as a digestif or as a dessert wine. It is completely at home as all three! The soft almond notes flow onto the palate with the pleasingly low alcohol. The marzipan notes on the finish last for hours after you enjoy a sip. This is an experience not to be missed!
