Coming from roughly 30 year old vines mostly in the Serra da Estrela sub-region of Dão. This Touriga Nacional is farmed with organic/biodynamic methods, fermented and aged in stainless steel, with a very gentle extraction. Blackberries and blood oranges upfront lead into notes of earl grey tea with orange bergamot and dried flowers.
