Bouchard is one of the largest land owners in Burgundy, but that means the wines are often terrific value. It has a lovely stone fruit nose with white peach, apricot and nectarine, then flint with hints of vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate the intense minerality lead with the creamy oak playing a support role. Highly complex!
