From organic grapes grown on sandy and calcareous soils in vineyards located in La Mancha, Spain. Fermented in stainless steel before being dealcoholized through vacuum distillation. Aromas are recovered to maintain a classic Chardonnay-like richness. Lightly carbonated, the final product is an irresistible. Dry, crunchy ripe-apple fruit. Vegan!
