Grown from young vines in sandy loess soils. Aged for just 6 months on the lees, the wines are able to find a natural stability and genuine expression of itself. With as little intervention as possible in both the vines and the winery, the Grauburgunder achieves delightful tropical and floral notes with a mineral backbone.
