It's not every day that you find a CDP that leads with acidity over its tannin and extraction; the main cuvée of the domaine is just that. Two-thirds of the blend comes from Grenache vines that are older than 50 years. The old-vine Grenache is made in concrete tanks to preserved freshness, resulting in a wine that is supple and youthful without excessive tannins.
