Dark berries and fresh flowers, such as violets, follow through to a medium body with fine tannins and a delicious finish. Just a hint of chocolate and walnut at the end. Aged 12 months in new oak barrels. 20% French, 80% American. The wine is then aged 6 months in the bottle before release.
