The grapes, most from 100-year old vines are hand harvested, de-stemmed, crushed and pumped into a fermentation tank. After primary fermentation, the wine is moved to a steel tank where a coarse racking takes place. Light and fresh for a Nebbiolo. The red fruit notes shine. An excellent value!
