Patrick Piuze has been building a reputation for his outstanding Chablis since he entered the Chablis wine making scene in 2008. Sourcing fruit from only top vineyards within the original Chablis designation. The Petit Chablis is from a parcel on the Grand Cru hill, 'the Platue des Clos'. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. No pesticides or chemicals are ever used.
