Patrick Piuze hit the Chablis winemaking scene in 2008 and has been getting rave reviews ever since. He sources all of his fruit from top vineyards within the original Chablis designation. Terroir de Fleys sits near the 1er Cru Mont de Milieu. It is aged and fermented in neutral barrels for ten months. This wine is made in the same style as his 1er Cru and Grand Cru wines.
