Chateau Thivin was founded in 1877 on just 2 hectare of land, and has since grown to close to 20. Spread across the vineyards are Gamay and Chardonnay grapes. And it’s the Gamay grape that makes them truly famous. This rose has been through a full malolactic fermentation, which leaves you with a very light and delicate wine.
