Kosie van der Merwe comes from a 5th generation farming family in the Swartland but splits his time between South Africa and Germany. This organic skin-contact Riesling from the Mosel is named for the Rhizosphere, the region of soil where microbiology in the vicinity of the plants' roots affect nutrient exchange. Hugely aromatic with unique dried and tropical fruits.
