From very old Trousseau vines farmed biodynamically in the Barossa Valley in Australia. This wine is fermented whole cluster in a naturally reductive style. The result is a super fresh, red fruited and rhubarby crusher with nice herbal notes from the whole bunch. A truly smashable, complex and interesting natural wine.
