With a foot in both the ancient world and the modern one, indigenous Greek Vidiano grapes are grown organically at high altitude in southern Crete. Matured in French oak showing crisp peach drizzled with honey and a touch of sea salt. The mouth is full and high in alcohol, which balances well the moderately high acidity. Perfect with roasted vegetables or lemony lobster risotto.
