Les Pinots Blacks is a collaboration between four friends: Chablis restauranteur Fabien Espana and three renowned winemakers: Thomas Pico of Domaine Pattes Loup in Chablis, Damien Delecheneau of Domaine de La Grange Tiphaine, and Bruno Verret of Domaine Verret in Irancy.
