Think of Grignolino as the Beaujolais of the Piedmont. These light bodied, pale red wines are made to be consumed young while waiting for the brawnier, Nebbiolo and Barbera wines of the region to age. Made all in stainless steel, lightly filtered and bottled with minimal sulfur. Chillable and chuggable red with cranberry and pomegranate notes.
