Indigenous to the Val di Susa region of Piedmont, Baratuciat tends to produce very "Sauvignon blanc-like" wines with high levels of acidity and characteristic elderflower and "cat box" aromas. Its name derives from the Piedmontese dialect for the term meaning 'cat's testicles' thought to be a reference to the shape and size of the grape. The bottle art aptly represents this!
