A pure expression of Mt. Etna, from 100% Carricante, an ancient Sicilian white grape variety, thought to have been growing on the volcanic slopes of Mt. Etna for at least a thousand years. The wine is vinified in stainless steel, giving fresh, white stone fruit and floral aromatics, with high-energy minerality and bright refreshing acidity on the palate.
