The vineyard sits on clay loam soils in sunny Contra Costa County with a stellar view of Mt. Diablo. 40% of the grapes were destemmed and skin-fermented for 2 days, the remaining 60% of grapes were whole-cluster pressed the day of picking. This bright, juicy, slightly wild wine is bursting with grapefruit, ripe peach and rosewater. A perfect white to sip on a hot day!
