Bergeron is the local strain of the roussanne grape. Packed with complexity, aromas and flavors of white peach, apple and pear, apricots, dried white flowers with walnuts, honey and straw. Shows more dynamism and natural acidity that is usually found in the northern Rhône, roussane's typical home. This cuvee is a tribute to the many women involved in Domaine Paratagé.
