An aromatic, agave-forward Blanco with a great sense of Highland terroir and a subtle balance of fruity, herbal, & floral notes. Aromas of white-peppered sweet agave, citrus peel, chocolate mint, sage, lemongrass, olive, and roasted jalapeño-spiced butter. Abundant roasted agave fibers in a medium bodied & slightly oily texture. A long & lightly peppery finish.
