Lambrusco Grasparossa is the darkest and fullest Lambrusco varietal. Aromatically the wine has notes of graphite and red berries. Grapefruit flavors with bright acidity, barely ripened brambly red fruits, as well as an underlying saltiness that pairs charmingly with the slight bubbly fizz!
