Pistemutta represents the old-school winemaking on Etna of local farmers, called ‘contadino’. Wines with little skin contact, light bodied, fluid and elegant. This collaboration with Patagonia Provisions, allowed cult-hero winemaker Frank Cornelissen, who is not Sicilian, to reach deeper into the roots of Sicilian winemaking. Very limited!
