This is a lightly sparkling, sulfur free, sustainable, all natural wine that is protected by ginger- this imparts a very subtle ginger undercurrent to the wines flavor. This process was discovered by winemaker Lane Tanner. The palate is crisp and clean with green apple, anjou pear and lively floral and mineral notes (along with the hint of ginger). Refreshing and clean finish.
