Wine Description

Fermented using carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank, then pressed into a mix of ceramic tinaja, stainless steel tanks, and used French oak barrels. A beautiful balance of crunchy fruit with some savory dried herbal notes and food-friendly structure. Red currants, cranberry and raspberry fruits combine with sage and rosemary and fine-grained tannins.
