This crisp and fresh white from the foot of Mount Olympus is everything you want from Assyrtiko. It is crisp, fresh, zesty, with beautiful soft mouthfeel in spite of its racy acidity and taut minerality. This is another excellent example of the tremendous value one can find in Greek wines! Amazing with seafood of course but just as pleasurable on its own as a summery aperitif.
