The ripe and healthy Grüner Veltliner, Scheurebe & Gelber Muskateller grapes were hand harvested in the end of September. The Grüner Veltliner macerated for two days after we added the Scheurebe berries. After spontaneous fermentation and maceration for three weeks in stainless steel, the wine went into 500 l wooden barrels for 7 month.
