Both varieties spent a long two months of maceration/fermentation before blending and then ten months aging in neutral French oak. A deliciously unique interplay is created as the orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas provided by the Viognier adorn black pepper notes added by the Syrah. The palate is medium-bodied and full of ripe, bright cherry.
