Produced from organically grown fruit within the Watervale area in the Clare Valley, with the majority coming from our family vineyard, Gullyview. A blend of Bordeaux varieties made in a Loire style, vibrant, bright fruits & soft tannins. Naturally fermented from a blend of free run and pressed juice, unfined and unfiltered, then aged in Slavonian foudre for 12 months.
