Partially matured in barrels, most in steel tanks. Pleasantly sour, fruity nose with notes of currants, sour cherries, maybe even cranberries. In the mouth the wine is pleasantly lively, wonderfully juicy, with strong, currant acidity. Surprisingly fruity for Sicily, with lively tannins, very tasty.
