This wine comes from a plot of 4 hectares located in the heights at Meloisey. The Parigots are practicing manual harvest and then crush 100% clusters before vinification and aging in barrels for a period of 12 months. Bright fruit aromas of cooked strawberry, blackcurrant, cherry and spicy pepper is seen wrapped in mineral and earthy depth.
