Produced from 35 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines.The juice is fermented and aged in 50% neutral French oak barrels and 50% stainless steel, the wine in barrel is aged on the lees for 6 months. These methods create a wine of balance, that has vibrant acidity complemented by texture from barrel fermentation and aging, which brings depth and complexity.
