Harvested at the moment of optimum ripeness, always at night. The grapes go through cryomaceration to unlock every bit of their aromatic potential. After fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for 2 months to obtain a highly aromatic wine that is fresh, complex and elegant. The nose has exotic and citrus fruits & white flowers. The palate is ample, fresh and balanced.
