The wine has intense yet elegant aromas of red berries and black licorice. The palette is dry and full-bodied with beautifully integrated fine-grained tannins. Perfect to pair with red meats whether grilled, braised, stewed, or roasted. Single vineyard fruit that is fully de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine then spends 12-14 months in French oak.
