On tasting it has a brilliant intense straw color capable of combining golden reflections with greenish nuances. Perfume of ripe pear, fruit salad of banana and apricots, medlar, walnut; the aromas rise neat and clear. Soft taste and, by contrast, we find a nice acidity, a perfect balance. It goes very well with elaborate fish dishes and white meats.
