Extremely well-executed farmhouse beer that exhibits Brett complexity, a perfectly balanced malt bill, and enough tartness to enhance complexity and drinkability. Delicate and very intentional, with a beautiful balance of flavors. Nice crisp citrus clean tartness with just a hint of funk to give it complexity. One of the best we’ve had.
