Natural wine made from 100% Chiavennasca (local name for Nebbiolo) grapes grown organically in Valtellina, Lombardy, Northern Italy. Spontaneous fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. Medium body rosato, strawberry and tamarind with hints of red oranges. Not your "summer water" type of rose', this one is a complex one.
