Kakha Tchotiashvili is an artisan winemaker with an established winery in the Kakheti region of eastern Georgia. He fights for reviving ancient local varieties, and crafts natural wines according to the rich local tradition. His wines are produced in Qvevri, - buried clay earthenware amphorae. Furthermore, all wines are fermented with wild yeast and bottled unfiltered.
