The NV Brut Grand Cru is 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Oger and Cramant. Bright and sizzling in the glass, the Grand Cru captures the essence of the Cotes des Blancs in its chiseled personality. Citrus, floral, slate, and mineral notes lend vibrancy throughout. The 10 grams of dosage are not at all evident. Impressive.
