A blend of Syrah and Muscat à Petits Grains (a white Greek grape) sourced from 30-year-old vines. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo whole-cluster fermentation with a brief maceration. The wine is pressed and aged in fiberglass tanks. Light-bodied with a compact mouthfeel, showcasing flavors of red currant, strawberry and a touch of spiciness.
