Sourced entirely from its namesake vineyard, Coume de l'Olla, the grapes are co-fermented in concrete and see a 3-day maceration. Undergoes semi-carbonic maceration before it is left to rest in concrete for aging. Aromas and flavors of wild raspberry, red currant create a juicy fresh wine with a long finish.
