Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 15 days in tanks without temperature control. The nose expresses beautiful fruity notes of blackberry, currant, cranberry embellished with mild spicy and mineral remarks. The palate is dry and very elegant. A certain freshness delineates the stroke to a very persistent closing.
