Viotti is practicing organic, harvests by hand, utilizes spontaneous fermentation, adds low levels of sulphur, and does not fine or filter. This has subdued red-skinned berry and underbrush aromas. The easygoing palate offers red cherry, clove and white pepper alongside bright acidity and round tannins. Drink soon.
